Soybean Oil Cheese

High in Omega 3 fatty acids with a mild cheddar flavor. Cut cheese into thin slices place slices on wholegrain bread with a generous spread of basil pesto, accompany with fresh rocket leaves and thin slices of red capsicum. Add the second slice of wholegrain bread, trim the crust and cut into fingers to serve.
